Management Consultant
Currently, Exeter is seeking qualified management consultant candidates to provide support for a wide variety of Information Technology business and organizational expertise. This candidate will be part of a team and report directly to the Exeter Program Manager/Chief Architect. The duties performed by this candidate will include:
- Provide advice, analysis, and recommendations related to technological, organizational, and behavioral changes.
- Provide objective analyses and appraisals in order to help the Chief Information Officer (CIO) understand the broader view and reorganize the longterm requirements of the organization.
- Conduct organizational and program reviews.
- Perform highlevel business process management tasks, strategic analysis, stakeholder analysis, and business case development.
- Support the CIO in optimizing operations as they pertain to investments in existing and future people, processes, technology, performance measurement, and knowledge management.
- Develop business and organizational models

Facilitate Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT), Sociological, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political, and Legal (STEEPL), or other such information gathering sessions.

Assist in developing a set of business best practices.

Ability to work with executive level clients

Excellent communications skills (both oral and written)

Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner

Prior experience in performing organizational reviews and analyses

Ability to develop organizational and business models

Experience performing business process analysis and modeling

Intimate knowledge of and ability to apply appropriate business best practices

Experience with stakeholder identification and management

Experience with organizational change management

Dynamic and self confident

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education of 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years with a related Masters, or 10 years with a related Doctoral degree. This person is viewed as the most senior authority in the discipline.
